Louise teaches an accessible, online yoga class via Zoom.
Times: Wednesday Evening 7pm - 8:30pm // Friday Morning 9.30am - 11am
Duration: 1hr and a half
Fee: £15.00 per session / £110 for 8 lessons

Observing, listening and communicating are essential teaching skills. The beauty of working one-on-one allows this to happen clearly and vividly so that the work becomes uniquely tailored for the individual.
We will talk through and establish your needs taking into consideration your history and circumstances. After the initial consultation, we can continue to meet as regularly as you wish (subject to availability).
